Room price (price pro person)

Prices are per person based on a minimum stay of 2 nights. For a stay of only one night will be charged a surcharge of 2 € / person.

Apartment Prices (for 3 people)

1. Prize conditions and discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 3 persons.

For every additional person we charge 15 €/night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating.

2. Discounts for children:
Kids up to 2,99 years stay with us free of charge.
Kids up to 11,99 years pay only 50%.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

3. Pets
For your four-legged family members we charge 5 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

4. Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 50,00 € per week has been paid.

For stays of less than 2 days there is a surcharge of € 2,00 per person and night

5. Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 11 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 11 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:30. Other times are possible upon request.

6. Cancellation
Please understand that in case of late cancellations (2 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 30% of the total price.

7. Cancellation insurance
We are looking forward to your visit! Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price. 8. Exclusion of liability
